Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted resource instruction and pull-out support to students in grades 4-8 in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop individualized lesson plans and adapt materials to fit each student’s learning style
- Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment conducive to academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to deliver coordinated, student-centered support
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to foster home-school partnerships and update on student progress
