Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Creative problem-solver, flexible in adapting strategies and instructional techniques

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and related service providers to create effective supports
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and help refine educational plans
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where all abilities are valued and encouraged
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements
