Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (state requirements)
• Experience working with students with disabilities in K–12 settings
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to address a wide range of learning styles
• Organizational abilities for maintaining records and meeting reporting requirements

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction in resource, inclusion, or self-contained classrooms
• Develop goals, accommodations, and modifications based on student needs and IEPs
• Assess student progress and use data to inform instruction and interventions
