Special Education Teacher in Putnam, CT

The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 11, with a schedule of 7:15 AM to 2:30 PM, serving students in grades 9–12 with mild to moderate needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Connecticut Special Education Teacher Certification for Grades 9–12 (no provisional licenses)
• Experience working with mild to moderate populations strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively implement and monitor IEP goals
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with general education teachers and support staff
• Deep commitment to meeting state and district special education guidelines
