The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through June 11, with a schedule of 7:15 AM to 2:30 PM, serving students in grades 9–12 with mild to moderate needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Connecticut Special Education Teacher Certification for Grades 9–12 (no provisional licenses)
- Experience working with mild to moderate populations strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively implement and monitor IEP goals
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with general education teachers and support staff
- Deep commitment to meeting state and district special education guidelines
