Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned students
• Create adaptive learning strategies tailored to each student’s needs

• Provide instruction in self-contained, inclusion, resource, or co-teaching environments, based on assignment
• Track student progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
• Support students’ social, behavioral, and academic growth
• Uphold compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
