Key Qualifications:
- Valid license or certification in Special Education (Early Childhood focus preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality instruction and intervention to early childhood special education students for the 26/27 academic year
- Utilize a combination of pull-out and push-in services tailored to each student's learning plan
- Develop and adapt lesson plans based on IEP goals and best practices in early childhood special education
- Implement ongoing progress monitoring and data collection
- Collaborate closely with a co-teacher to manage caseload and ensure cohesive service delivery
- Foster relationships with families, therapists, and other school staff to support student growth
- Uphold compliance with state and federal special education regulations
