You’ll work with small class sizes, allowing for in-depth support and impactful connections—one group is comprised of TK–1st grade students, and another of 2nd–4th grade students, each with just seven children. With current teachers out on leave and no set return date, your expertise will ensure educational continuity and growth for these remarkable students.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• An active California Moderate to Severe Special Education teaching credential (required)
• Experience supporting diverse learner needs, particularly in elementary grades
• Strong classroom management and creative instructional approaches
• Ability to collaborate with support staff, families, and administrators
• A commitment to fostering inclusive, encouraging classroom communities

Your focus will include:

• Delivering individualized instruction adapted to each student’s learning profile
• Implementing IEP goals and tracking progress
