Special Education Teacher in Randolph, NJ

• Valid certification in Special Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver specialized instruction that aligns with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers on lesson planning and classroom integration
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust instructional methods as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student goals and achievements
• Proactively communicate with parents, guardians, and related service providers
• Support students’ social-emotional development and advocate for their needs within the academic setting
