Key Details:

• One Early Childhood Special Education (EC SPED) opening for the upcoming school year
• Work with K-8th grade students, supporting unique learning needs
• Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
• Caseload of fewer than 10 students allows for individualized attention
• Professional development runs 8/13–8/17, with students beginning instruction on 8/18

Qualifications:

• Valid LBS1 endorsement with Early Childhood Certification required
• Experience with neurodiverse student populations highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Solid communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
• Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
