Qualifications & Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each student’s unique goals and challenges
• Deliver targeted instruction in both small group and one-on-one settings, adapting curriculum materials as needed
• Track and report student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and therapists to create an inclusive learning atmosphere
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional trainings as required
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive classroom environment
