Role and Responsibilities:

• Write and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), closely tracking student progress
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs and design effective intervention strategies
• Provide guidance and support to classroom staff and paraprofessionals, ensuring accommodations and modifications are in place
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and classroom activities
