Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification valid in Texas
• Experience with self-contained elementary caseloads strongly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor instruction and accommodations to meet individual student needs
• Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans to promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
• Work closely with general education teachers and support personnel to coordinate services
• Maintain accurate records, assess student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
