Soliant Education is searching for a Special Education
Teacher for a school in the Richmond, Maine area! This is a full-time,
onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Position Type: Contract / W-2
Hours: Full-time / On-site
Pay Range: $44-$52 an hour
Benefits: Medical / Dental / 401k
Grade Level: K-8th grade
Details and Responsibilities:
- Provide specific instruction based on student needs
- Collaborate with parents and staff to ensure each student meets and exceeds goals
- Resource classroom
- Case managing for 15 students
- Provide individualized support and resources to students struggling with reading, writing, and math
- Will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Maine Special Education Teacher license
- Master's Degree in Special Education preferred
