• Intensive Support at an elementary school
• Supplemental/Resource roles at a high school and a middle school

Ideal candidates bring strong instructional skills, compassion, and the ability to tailor support to diverse learners. Assignments run from early August through late May, totaling 37.5 hours per week — giving you a structured schedule to plan, teach, and connect with students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification (valid in South Carolina)
• Previous experience in special education settings preferred
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional methods to meet individual learning needs
• Strong communication skills to effectively partner with educators and families
• Commitment to providing supportive, inclusive educational experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, service providers, and school staff
• Offer targeted interventions and support, ensuring every student’s success
• Record progress and maintain compliance with all documentation requirements
• Foster a positive, safe, and growth-focused classroom environment
