Key Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Teaching License
• SPED Endorsement (Special Education)
• Experience or comfort supporting mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Willingness to assist with toileting needs as necessary
• Previous work in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct special education instruction to students in middle and high school with mild to moderate needs
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25–30 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with staff, families, and related service providers to support student growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Complete required documentation and progress monitoring
