Qualifications & Skills:

• Active Colorado Teaching License required
• Special Education Endorsement (SPED) required
• Experience supporting students with mild/moderate needs (grades 6–8 or 9–12)
• Comfortable addressing mild/moderate behaviors in the classroom
• Willingness to assist with toileting needs as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction and support to a caseload of 25–30 students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Implement individualized interventions and behavioral supports
