Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid GaPSC Teaching Educator Certificate with Special Education General Curriculum endorsement
• Prior experience in an inclusion classroom is preferred
• Comfortable managing a small caseload (approximately 8–9 students)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with two established teams
• Flexible, compassionate, and adaptable to meet diverse student needs

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, individualized instruction and support for students within an inclusion classroom setting
• Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Continually assess student progress and modify teaching methods accordingly
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all local, state, and federal educational requirements
