Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current state Special Education Teacher certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with general educators, families, and support staff.
• Ability to adapt lessons and interventions to meet varied learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and intervention in a resource classroom setting.
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify curriculum and instruction for students with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation as required.
• Participate in meetings with parents, staff, and administration to support student success.
