Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (or related field)
• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility)
• Prior experience with K-5 special education, preferably in a self-contained setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and passion for student success

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom climate
• Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals and multidisciplinary teams
