Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with best practices for differentiated instruction and classroom management

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to a range of learning needs
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress, using that data to adjust instructional strategies
• Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with education teams and families
• Provide academic, social, and emotional support to students in both individual and small group settings
• Work closely with general education teachers and support staff, promoting inclusion and a positive classroom culture
• Participate in meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
