• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
• Partner with general education teachers to foster inclusive classroom experiences

• Deliver direct instruction and support to students across a spectrum of abilities
• Communicate progress and needs effectively with students, families, and colleagues
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute insights as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Manage documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; a Master’s is a plus
• A current California teaching credential with Special Education endorsement
• Classroom experience working with moderate/severe or mild/moderate disabilities
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
