This full-time, contract role focuses on nurturing a dynamic group of up to 18 four-year-olds, with a blend of students who have IEPs and typical peers. Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification, eligible for PreK assignment
• Experience working with early childhood populations, preferably in an inclusion setting
• Familiarity with the development and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with paraprofessionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inclusive early learning
• Skilled in differentiating instruction and modifying classroom strategies to meet diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, individualized instruction for both students with IEPs and their typically developing peers
• Manage classroom routines and maintain a safe, supportive atmosphere for all learners
