- Proficiency or knowledge in Ed plan software strongly preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in the resource classroom to address a wide range of abilities and learning styles
- Collaborate with general education teachers to integrate accommodations and modifications for students
- Regularly track student progress, collect data, and communicate outcomes to parents and support staff
- Foster an environment that encourages growth, independence, and the development of self-advocacy skills in students
