Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher License, Primary Level
  • Wilson Reading System Certification (required)
  • Previous experience providing intensive reading intervention to students with learning disabilities is preferred
  • Strong commitment to fostering student confidence and growth in reading

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized instruction to support and enhance the reading development of students with learning needs
  • Collaborate with school teams and agency specialists to plan and adapt lessons
  • Track and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
  • Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure student success
