Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with identified needs in compliance with IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Adapt teaching strategies to optimize learning for each student
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed
