Your Qualifications:

  • MD Special Education Certification for grades 6-12 (or current Math Certification with eligibility for Special Ed. certification)
  • MD Math Certification for grades 6-12
  • Previous experience working with middle school students and supporting students with autism or learning disabilities preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated math instruction to middle schoolers in a special education setting
  • Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with families, related service providers, and fellow educators
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Follow a Monday-Friday, 8:30 am–4:15 pm, 40-hour workweek
