What we’re looking for:

• Current Arkansas certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Demonstrated experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to serve across K-12 caseloads
• Versatility to work in self-contained, inclusion, resource, or co-teaching settings
• Commitment to all core responsibilities of a Special Education Teacher
• Strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and a positive, collaborative attitude

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and implementing effective learning plans tailored to each student’s IEP
• Fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborating with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitoring and documenting student progress
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to team-based instructional decisions
• Promoting student growth, self-advocacy, and independence
