Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction to students with diverse needs in either self-contained or resource settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess student needs, track progress, and maintain accurate records
- Adapt curriculum and teaching approaches to meet students’ individual learning goals
- Engage effectively with families and staff to foster student growth and achievement
- Participate in professional learning and ongoing development to enhance best practices
