Position Overview

Soliant Education is hiring an Special Education Teacher for a school district near Saint Paul. This role will support students who require emotional regulation, behavioral interventions, and structured academic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction to EBD learners

• Support social-emotional learning and implement behavior strategies

• Work collaboratively with counselors, case managers, and administrators

• Ensure compliance with IEPs and district expectations

• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress

Requirements

• Active Minnesota EBD teaching license (required)

• Background in behavior management and trauma-informed practices

• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $38–$45/hour, weekly direct deposit
