What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
- LBS1 endorsement required
- Previous teaching experience preferred
- Familiarity with current educational strategies, instructional methodologies, and best practices for supporting diverse learners
- Deep understanding of child development theories and application to instructional planning
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, families, and administrators
