What You’ll Need:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification required for all positions
• For the general education (math) setting, both Special Education and Math teaching credentials are required
• Experience managing diverse learning needs and adapting strategies to support individual student growth
• Strong commitment to promoting inclusive, supportive classrooms
• Collaborative mindset for working with paraprofessionals, general educators, and support staff
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues
• Familiarity with creating, implementing, and monitoring IEPs and behavioral intervention plans is preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized instruction in behavioral, special education, or math settings to help every student achieve their best
• Develop creative lesson plans tailored to meet IEP goals and address behavioral needs
• Foster safe, positive, and engaging classroom environments
• Collaborate with faculty and families to support student progress and advocate for needed resources
• Track and document student development, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, professional development, and student support activities
