Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• Familiarity with IEP development, execution, and compliance standards
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Adaptability and proficiency in using different instructional strategies and classroom technologies

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote learning and inclusion
• Modify curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate various disabilities and learning styles
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, specialists, and administrators to ensure comprehensive student support
