Step into a vital role supporting students’ success as a Special Education Case Manager in the North Austin area. This contract position is perfect for individuals passionate about advocacy, compliance, and enhancing educational experiences for students with diverse needs. Bring your expertise to a collaborative environment, assisting a caseload of approximately 200 students, including those receiving dyslexia, speech, and special education services.
You’ll facilitate ARD meetings, coordinate 504 Plans, and ensure that all students receive the support and accommodations they deserve, in line with legal guidelines and best practices. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:30/7:45 AM–3:30 PM, allowing for work-life balance. Utilizing platforms such as SuccessEd, you will work closely with the special education team, general educators, families, and related service providers—all with the shared goal of student achievement.
What we’re looking for:
- Texas Department of Education Special Education certification
- Demonstrated experience with ARD processes and 504 coordination
- Track record of successful collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills
