• An understanding of IEPs, goal setting, and progress monitoring

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEPs
• Managing classroom routines and implementing behavioral supports

• Advocating for student needs and regularly updating families on progress
• Maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
