Two dedicated educators are needed for upcoming contract opportunities: one to support a General Curriculum classroom and another to lead an Adaptive Curriculum classroom. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience working in middle school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of either general curriculum or adaptive curriculum practices
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to student-centered instruction and positive classroom management
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ IEPs and individualized needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff
• Maintain thorough, accurate records of student progress and interventions
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and support strategies for diverse learners
