Openings include roles for Resource Teachers working with grades K-2 and 3-5, as well as a Core Replacement Teacher for K-5th. Onsite teaching is required. With your expertise, you’ll help foster growth, development, and success among exceptional learners.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification)
- Previous experience teaching students with diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with families and staff
- Flexibility and adaptability for working in varied classroom settings

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction in compliance with IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and instruction
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate documentation
- Engage in all aspects of the school community, supporting students’ academic and social-emotional growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary teams
