Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Missouri Special Education Teacher certification is required
- Solid experience managing K-12 caseloads
- Familiarity with both self-contained and resource settings preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong organizational abilities, commitment to student success, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Dependable work ethic and a positive, collaborative attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specially designed instruction to ensure student growth and achievement
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt and modify curriculum based on individual student needs and abilities
