Special Education Teacher in Saint Louis, MO

• Active Missouri Special Education Teacher credentials (required)

• Ability to fulfill all responsibilities typical of Special Education Teacher roles, including collaboration with families and staff, documentation, and adapting instruction for diverse learners
• Strong work ethic with a growth-focused mindset and a consistently positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit individual student needs in self-contained and/or resource classroom settings
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain accurate student records
• Implement and update IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and families

• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
