Opportunities are available in various campuses, each offering unique experiences and caseloads—from elementary to secondary, small groups to broader classrooms. Teachers will be on-site, fostering positive, supportive relationships with students and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Minnesota teaching license required (proof of licensure to be submitted)
• Experience or strong interest in one or more areas: Autism, ECSE, DCD, homebound instruction, or general special education
• Demonstrated ability to work with children and adolescents in specialized settings
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Collaborative spirit to partner with families, educators, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students on assigned caseloads (ranging from 4-19 students)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collect data to track student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Support inclusion, social skills, and self-advocacy within the school environment
• Engage with families, attend team meetings, and contribute to a positive school culture
