Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching license for Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student progress, document data, and participate in regular IEP meetings
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that builds confidence and encourages constructive peer interactions
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on student progress and strategies for continued growth
  • Employ diverse teaching strategies to address behavioral, academic, and social-emotional goals
