Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking progress and adapting plans to student needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and classroom observations for eligibility determination, goal setting, and instructional improvement.
- Collaborate closely with families, fellow teachers, and related service providers to coordinate cohesive, student-centered support.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to paraprofessionals assisting in the classroom environment.
- Utilize positive behavior intervention strategies and social-emotional learning techniques to foster engagement and build a supportive classroom community.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Early Childhood Special Education licensure required.
- Experience serving children ages 3-5 with diverse learning and developmental needs.
- Strong understanding of early intervention, play-based teaching, and inclusion.

Schedule and Setting:
- Consistent Monday through Friday assignment at Centerview Elementary.
- Onsite hours from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, offering both morning and afternoon class sessions.
