Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching license in Minnesota
• Demonstrated experience working with children with various disabilities
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to modify curriculum and implement evidence-based instructional strategies
• Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork with general educators, therapists, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress
• Participate in parent conferences, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities
