Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education required
• Previous experience with individualized education programs (IEPs), behavioral support, and collaborative planning
• Excellent communication skills with caregivers, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• For the early education position: willingness to conduct home visits

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s strengths and growth areas
• Collaborate closely with paraeducators, behavior aides, and related service providers
• Maintain positive, proactive communication with families to support student learning goals
• Support students with both academic and behavioral needs in a variety of classroom settings
• For early childhood role: conduct home visits and work collaboratively with families in their own environments
