Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 only)
• Experience working with students identified with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Capacity to build rapport and foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders
• Create and maintain an inclusive, safe learning environment in Setting II/III/center-based settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, counselors, support staff, and families to address student needs
• Document student progress and participate in IEP team meetings
• Employ effective behavioral intervention and classroom management strategies
