Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education teaching license (required)
• Proven experience working as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instructional plans for students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and manage IEPs in partnership with parents, staff, and administrators

• Track student progress and communicate updates effectively to families and staff
• Support classroom accommodations and modifications in accordance with best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards
