Special Education Teacher - Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current teaching licensure with a Special Education endorsement
• Experience developing and executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and support staff
• Knowledge of differentiated instructional techniques
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for student-centered teaching
• Familiarity with current assistive technology and adaptive learning tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs through observation and formal evaluation
• Develop and modify IEPs, setting achievable goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction in both small group and one-on-one settings
• Track student progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting regularly
