Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and individualized instruction planning

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and families
• Adaptability and organizational skills in dynamic educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student strengths and needs
• Deliver specialized instruction both within general education classrooms and in one-on-one or small group sessions
• Assess student progress, adjusting strategies to maximize learning potential
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal special education laws
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and family members to ensure student growth and success
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent conferences
