A welcoming private charter school located just outside the Minnesota State Capitol is seeking two full-time Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions are not affiliated with St. Paul Public Schools and offer a collaborative environment with strong staff support.
Position 1 – Elementary Special Education (K–5)
Elementary setting serving students in grades K–5
Primary caseload includes students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Multiple paraprofessionals provide classroom support
Collaborative team environment focused on student success
Position 2 – Secondary Resource Teacher
Serve upper middle school and lower high school students
Provide resource instruction and case management services
Manage IEPs while supporting students academically and behaviorally
Work closely with general education staff and support teams
Requirements
Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and case management skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $31.78 to $51.78. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
