Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (Tier 2 or Tier 3 required)
• Prefer ASD or EBD endorsement, or demonstrable experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder/Emotional Behavioral Disorder
• Experience providing interventions and social-emotional support in classroom settings
• Ability to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored for students in grades 1–3
• Work collaboratively with 1:1 paraprofessionals and classroom staff
• Support social-emotional learning and provide targeted reading/math interventions as needed
• Communicate proactively with families and multidisciplinary teams
