Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (Tier 2 or Tier 3 required)
- Prefer ASD or EBD endorsement, or demonstrable experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder/Emotional Behavioral Disorder
- Experience providing interventions and social-emotional support in classroom settings
- Ability to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored for students in grades 1–3
- Work collaboratively with 1:1 paraprofessionals and classroom staff
- Support social-emotional learning and provide targeted reading/math interventions as needed
- Communicate proactively with families and multidisciplinary teams
