Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license, Tier 3 or Tier 4
• Endorsement in ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities)
• Previous experience with students in DCD/ASD settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Passion for helping students with developmental or cognitive disabilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to a caseload of approximately 6-10 students
• Develop and implement IEPs in alignment with best practices
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom culture
• Track and report student progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families
• Maintain compliance with school and state special education regulations
• Work full-time (37.5 hours/week) in one building
