Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license, Tier 3 or Tier 4
- Endorsement in ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disabilities)
- Previous experience with students in DCD/ASD settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
- Passion for helping students with developmental or cognitive disabilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to a caseload of approximately 6-10 students
- Develop and implement IEPs in alignment with best practices
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom culture
- Track and report student progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and families
- Maintain compliance with school and state special education regulations
- Work full-time (37.5 hours/week) in one building
