Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
  • Preferred: ASD, DCD, ABS, or cross-categorical special education licensure
  • Experience supporting students with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Writing IEPs, collecting data, and implementing individualized intervention plans
  • Strong behavioral management and classroom structure skills
  • Collaboration with families and related service teams

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a K–2 classroom of approximately 6 students with high-needs
  • Deliver academic, behavioral, and functional instruction
  • Implement and evaluate individualized education plans
  • Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and family members
